givenchy s/s '10

A collection featuring geometric shapes and graphic black and white* was Riccardo Tisci's offering for spring 2010 at Givenchy. Some of the most wearable pieces included abbreviated tuxedo jackets and layered, flouncy tutus with a modern edge. The models wore sleek wrapped high wedges that I think will prove to be some of the most popular footwear of the season.

*I'm realizing now that most of the collections I've been posting consist of a predominantly black and white palette. Oh well, can't beat the classics.

This shapes are amazing. Maybe too straight but they really call the attention.

no substitute for black and white! especially the way this collection calls such attention to the shapes and play of contrast with those simple colors.
