For fall, Cushnie et Ochs focused on brilliantly mixing textures. As usual, I was immediately attracted to the stark black, white and light brown palette (on a somewhat-related note- the number of colored garments in my closet is diminishing weekly). Included were signature form-fitting dresses and playful cut-outs that the label is known for but it was the experimentation with texture mixed with sleek, modern shapes that was the highlight. This was definitely one of their most poignant collections yet.
