diy fendi

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

This marvel of haute arts and crafts is the limited-edition Mezzo Punto bag by Fendi. The box set includes a canvas baguette, needle, thread, and diagrams and illustrations to show you how to embroider the Fendi logo (or whatever design you choose). The diy kit goes on sale November 30th at Limited Edition Experiences in Miami. Its kind of a cute idea but personally, I'd rather leave the stitching to the pros. Thoughts??

It's a cool idea but I'd be afraid to mess up! they also had a limited edition bag a few years ago which included markers, allowing you to "personalize" your bag! i think id be more likely to mess up with the markers, so i guess this is a step up :o)

great post!

oh i dunno. i reckon it would be useful to have lying around so you can pounce on it when you're in a DIY mode

I feel the same way. Cute but I'm not sold. I'd happily take it as a gift though. =)
