I've been drawn to the resort collections that echo the '70s, and this one is no exception. Hannah MacGibbon has definitely felt the influence of Phoebe Philo's clean, ladylike vibe that she's injected into Céline. The neutral toned clothes are cut in simple, modest shapes; no bells and whistles here unless you count a cream-hued leather sheath whipstitched at the waist and a pencil skirt with similar detail at the front. A stunning look was a brick red skirt and top ensemble. Plus, I love the footwear: multiple versions of an ankle-strapped sandal in a flat, a heel and a wedge (very similar to a certain Céline wedge). I'm really into the high-waisted cropped leather pant paired with the nude chiffon blouse; total tough girl with a softer side.
