A black and white palette dominated Ann Demeulmeester's collection. This is one of my favorite collections this season probably due to the simple luxury of draped jackets, shrunken waistcoats and floor length skirts. Genius pieces were the leather cummerbunds and a sick moto jacket with lapels made of draped zippers (must must have). Accessories were minimal: body chains worn seductively over bare skin and a delicate metallic thorn necklace which complimented a tee bearing a print of the same.

No these are not the sold-out-everywhere, $925 Ann Demeulemeester lace-up boots. The coveted Ann D.s have been ripped courtesy of Free People. You can buy the doppelgangers (for a fifth of the price of the originals, I might add) on the website but you'd better do it now because I don't think these babies will last.
