j. crew fall 2011

I always say that the looks in J. Crew catalogues are impeccably styled so I'm assuming that the same stylist does their presentations. Flawless. Love the mix and match prints, crisp outerwear, bold splashes of color, and menswear influences.

j. crew spring 2011

Jenna Lyons is still killing it as J. Crew's creative director. She has an amazing ability to mix day and night pieces and make them look fresh- like the sequined maxi skirt paired with a chambray button-up shirt. Like a spring collection should be, this entire collection feels fresh. All pieces perfect for mix and match styling. My favorite look is the slightly louche nude linen button-up worn with the slouchy trouser. Its so modern-classic and un-trendy, just a few of the reasons why I love J. Crew.

j.crew fall 2010

Jenna Lyons presented the J.Crew fall 2010 collection in New York on Thursday. The inspiration was "Edie Beale goes to Girl Scout camp" and as always, the styling was impeccable (described as Grey Gardens-influenced). The clothes were both current and classic.

This is my dream closet. Actually, its a room. Imagine being able to devote an entire room to your clothes and shoes! It belongs to J.Crew's Creative Director, Jenna Lyons. Check out the rest of her amazing Brooklyn brownstone home here.

Here's something you'd never thought you'd see: Wasson modeling for J.Crew! And she's smiling! I always love the styling in the J.Crew catalogs and this one is no exception. I kind of love the fact that they've used a model who normally sports grungey, louche pieces in real life to sell casual prep.
