I saw Elin exiting Lincoln Center wearing this outfit and I instantly fell in love. This girl always gets it right. The swoon-worthy red leather lace up pants are by Isabel Marant, the shirt is Étoile Isabel Marant and the pumps are Stuart Weitzman.

While I was in NYC this past weekend I took my mom to Lincoln Center to scope some fashion peeps and OMG we weren't disappointed. It was thrilling to see the likes of Bill Cunningham, Franca Sozzani, Suzy Menkes, Olivier Zahm, Kate Lanphear (swoon!), Elin Kling, Miroslava Duma, Giovanna Battaglia and so many others. Unfortunately my camera had run out of batteries by this time so I had only my (very shitty) BlackBerry to document the sightings. Tommy's photos are much, MUCH better.

If I was actually going to NYFW (which I'm not..sad), these are the shows I would definitely want to see. Instead, I'm settling for perusing the collections on style.com in my pajamas while drinking a glass of wine (very sad). I guess the livestreamed shows will be the next best thing.
